Hosts Roy & Twila Pilcher have lived in Wyoming for nearly 21 years. The logging industry brought them to the Hulett/Devils Tower area in 1989. Roy grew up ranching and owned beef cattle when he and Twila married. Throughout the course of the years Roy has been successful at selling cars and trucks, logging with machinery, horse logging and is currently a chainsaw artist. While Roy was logging with his team of draft horses he was aware there was a certain number of his clientele that wanted their tree stumps carved into statues.  This led him to pursue art in wood using a chainsaw. Roy has been carving for 7 years and continues to challenge himself to expand and improve his artistry. Roy has a wood carving studio on their property and also travels both locally and out-of-state to do onsite carvings. Twila was fortunate to have the privilege of being a stay at home mom while raising their 4 children. At present she is a library paraprofessional at the K-12 Hulett School Library. High school sweethearts, the Pilchers have been married for 32 years and have 4 grown children and a granddaughter.
